Annual Sports Day 2K23

Annual Sports Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Shree H.J. Gajera English Medium School on 6th February 2023 at Gajera Circle SMC Cricket Ground, Katargam.

The playground was overflowing with zeal, passion and excitement. The programme began with the arrival of the guests of the day Mr. Vikramsingh Parmar-Ex Army Man,

Dr. Ravi Mehta- Sports Physiotherapist, Mr. Jagdishchandran P Katodiya- Ex- Superitendent of Police (Vesu) and Mr. Vikas Yadav- Sipahi, Rashtriya Rifle Club (Surat). The flow of the day began with the torch lightning ceremony which was followed by March Past, Oath taking ceremony, welcoming the guests, speech by the revered guests, declaration of opening of annual sports meet and the games. The students displayed a wide array of energetic and bouncy sports events ranging from track events, School drill, Shot put throw, etc. They mesmerized the audience with their energetic performances.

Our managing trustee Shri Chunibhai Gajera along with the principal Mr. Asish Debnath, Vice-principal, the sports staff and the educators were present to raise the morale of the students. The guests in their speech emphasized the importance of sports in a child’s life. They were delighted to see girls participating in almost all the Sports Event.

They also applauded the School Principal for the school’s outstanding achievements. The Sports Day ended with the National Anthem.
