Here at Gajera Vidyabhavan have done so many physical and mental activities for learners. like walking, running, jogging, dancing, yoga, aerobics, memory game, fun game etc. and for the guardians we have arranged sports too. By such type of activity increase their bonding with each other, improve mental health, boost self-confidence and enhance overall growth. If our family's fitness good then happiness will come to our door.

There is a lot of gain from regular physical activity but how do we encouraged the kids to do it?
