Holi is a colorful and joyful festival celebrated in India, which is also known as the Festival of Colors. It is a festival that brings people together, and it is celebrated with great enthusiasm and happiness.

Holi usually falls in the month of March, and it is celebrated to welcome the arrival of spring. It is the most important festival of India and is celebrated with great pomp and zeal. A day before Holi, Holika is burnt to remove negativity and bring the colours of positivity into our lives. The dominant idea behind holi is to spread the message of harmony. It is a time when people forget their differences and come together to celebrate with each other.

The festival of colours always rings with the spirit of joy at Gajera. We celebrated eco-friendly Holi with great fun and vigour. For children, Holi is a fun-filled festival.learners play with colors and water, and they throw colored powder on each other. They can use water guns, water balloons, and colored powder to make the most of this festival .They also sing and dance to traditional Holi songs and eat delicious sweets.

Educators encourage the children to make their own eco-friendly colors by using natural ingredients like turmeric, henna, and flowers. This will not only be a fun activity for children but will also help them understand the importance of preserving the environment.

A Special Assembly was conducted by the Educators, wherein a beautiful skit was performed depicting the importance of Holi and the safety measures required while playing Holi. Different activities were held in regular classes like Palm Printing, Balloon Printing etc.

In short, Holi is a festival that brings happiness, love, and togetherness. It is a time to forget our differences and celebrate with each other. For children, it is a time to haveI fun, play with colors, and make beautiful memories.
