However, People nowadays tend to eat junk food that is harmful to our bodies and has proved to be fatal many times.

What we eat provides all the essential nutrients to our bodies. This supplies our body with the right amount of energy to do our daily work. Healthy food is needed for the functioning of our system. Healthy food improves the immune system. Preventing you from falling sick easily.

Eating healthy food helps children get the nutrients their bodies need to stay healthy, active and strong. We should make our children eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables.

kids who enjoy breakfast every day have better memories, more stable moods and energy, and score higher on tests.

Eating a breakfast high in quality protein from enriched cereal, yoghurt, milk, cheese, eggs, meat or fish can even help teenagers love weight. Healthy snacks are the most required food for school kids. It keeps them energetic and charged up. Kids when back from school are very tired and hungry, what they need is a hug from mom and then super yummy snacks to eat.

Mother is always enthusiastic to try something new for their kids and something easy and quick to prepare. At our campus school has organized a competition of instant healthy recipes, Here the mother was so excited to show their talent out. Here are varieties of dishes. Where made which were not instantly made but was healthy for the child. Each and every mother parents explain about their dish and which type of healthier ingredients are there in their dish. They also share their views about their dish. Here they were awarded prizes.
